School Money

We are a cashless school, other than when hosting events such as coffee mornings.

We use School Money for payments for dinners, trips, school fund, pre-loved uniform and extra hours. You will be sent a link to register your School Money account when your child starts nursery. If you have not received this link or need to reset your password, please contact Rachel in the school office.

School Fund

We ask for a voluntary contribution to School Fund of £1 per week each half term. These contributions go towards little extras such as snacks, visitors to the school (such as the Animal Man), and celebration treats. 

School Fund is collected through the School Money app. When your child starts with us, we will send you information on how to access this tool. If you are having any trouble with accessing School Money, please let us know.

Club Payments

All payments for extended services, such as Before School Club or After School Club, are made through our My Child at School (MCAS) app. For Cyber Security reasons, we would like to remind parents to keep their login details secure and that we will never email parents to request bank details so please be vigilant. Before and After School Club is charged at £6 per hour for 3-4 year olds and we request an additional £1 per session for food, if parents are using their government funded hours towards out of hours care. Two year olds are only able to access our Breakfast Club which is charged at £9 per hour. For a full breakdown of costs, please see the DFE Chargeable Extras document.
